I don't know if anyone has researched this before so I apologize if I am duplicating anything.
Here are the numbers I came up with when a team is playing their 3rd straight road game. Some interesting numbers which makes for a profitable system if I had of used this all year.

The log for the chart is: The team playing their 3rd straight road game,P/S,outcome of game,ATS Winner or Loser.

BYU -17.5(W35-34) Winner
UCF +11.5(L26-21) Loser
Central Mich. +20(L43-0) Winner
Duke -2.5(W43-17) Loser
Fresno St. -6(W31-28) Winner
Houston +6(L51-34) Winner
Idaho +32(L58-21) Winner
La.Tech +13(L31-13) Winner
Louisville -28(W45-14) Loser
Mid.Ten.St. +6(L44-22) Winner
North Texas +15.5(L14-9) Loser
Rice +7.5(L31-21) Winner
SJ St. +17.5(L63-26) Winner
South FL. -3(W24-17) Loser
S.Miss. -2.5(L16-13) Winner
SMU +24(L42-10) Winner
Texas Tech - +6.5(L31-17) Winner
Troy St. +11(L11-8) Loser
Tulane +7(L38-10) Winner
UL-Laf. +10.5(L48-35) Winner
Va.Tech -9(W28-23) Winner

So if you played against the team playing their straight road game you would be 15-6 ATS and hitting for a nifty 71%.

If you play the system for Nov.9 you would play:
Tennessee +9
West Virginia -3.5

Hope this helps and gives everyone an extra angle to play with.
There are still 3 teams left this season that will play into this angle.

Input appreciated!
