I need Miami at (pick) to close out sweetheart teaser tonight for a $1000. My predicament is to play the Bears +10.5 and try to middle. My problem is I don't really like the bears even at +10.5.
So the question is..... Do I play the bears and for how much?
Your input would be appreciated.

play the bears enough to cover your original bet..i like your chances with miami at pick..that way you break even or win alot...........

Play the bears ML at +425.... if you throw 250 on the ML if they win.. u'll still make out good either way....

Bears lose 1000 - 250 = +750.

Either way your looking at +700 gain

Ultimately it just comes down to what kind of a bettor you are. I personally love middles because you have a chance to win 2 bets while at the same time guaranteeing at least a split. Others view middles as simply betting your way right out of a winner.

Personally, I love guaranteed income, so if you're going to win $1000 if Miami wins, I'd put maybe $100 on the Bears ML so you're guaranteed $900 or $350 tonight but of course going that way you can't win both.
