Have you been drinking?
:SIB
:mj07:
logical and good question, and the answer is, NO , not at all, nothing in the house.
I STOPPED SMOKING about the same time Jack did, then I balloned up in weight to about 288 in FEB of this year.
Decided that was ENOUGH, ( I am 6'2" but 57 y/o), and my 95 year old Father told me my heart was still the same size as it was when I was 28 y/o, and 185, (btw I could dunk in high school, farm boy physique)
so, after my b/day party in march @ 277 lbs, I tossed the WENDY'S doubles and frys and FROSTY'S for lunch for a salad and clean, lean proteins, eat egg beaters or whole grain Cheerios for breakfast, snack on 15 grapes and a yogurt about 10:15AM, eat five mini meals a day, including a protein/fiber bar about 2:30 PM.
Dinner is a slice whole grain/12 grain bread, a tablespoon of cottage cheese/1 oz chunk of colby, a salad with 9 olives and 2 tbspn of fat free dressing/green beans/brussell sprouts/broccoli and clean lean protein = 4 oz chicken breast or tuna or tablespoon of SMART BALANCE peanut butter on the slice of bread, there is some variety but you get the idea.
STOPPED buying the Killians, (MAN I would love one right now) and dropped back to 216 pounds.
I knew if I was gonna do it the LIQUID carbs (beer) had to go, yep I drink one now that I have hit my target, but that is only one lite at my sons house maybe once a month :0074
the energy and well being I feel exceeds my desire for all the IN A BOX JUNK food I used to consume, I am saving $$$ at the grocery because of what I eat and the volume I eat, plus have you really noticed how much beer and soda pop is these days?
Still enjoy my coffee, but get it off of AMAZON via subscription, WOW :scared what a savings over the local grocery store:0074
I would entertain a bottle of Makers Mark or Eagle Rare for if someone wanted to have a contest :mj07:
LOOKS like I need to hedge that Minnesota portion of the teaser and parlay
Enjoy !
