take w.vir and the pts toinght vs a not so good road hoyas team.]

i really like w.vir in this spot for at least two good reasons...

1. revenge.....they lost at georgetown by 2 last game!!! and now they get 4

2. home court.........w.vir is a decent home team where georgetown is an average team at best and below avg. on the rd.

thinking upset tongiht but i don't know if you can really call it an upset..........

let me know how you guys feel, but i like the pts in this matchup

GOOD LUCK

Georgetown might be back on an upswing. W Virginia is very streaky with Pittsnogle and Schifino shooting. They can be hot or cold from downtown and being at home is no guarentee of winning (see WVU vs seton hall game a few Saturday's ago).

Georgetown might have settled down after a poor two week stretch and they have a solid scoring option downlow in Sweetney. They still have solid guard play and won't be rattled going on the road. Georgetown at home, played Syracuse tough before losing in OT. They had a solid chance to upset the Orangemen (then ranked 15th in da nation).

I agree with you that the points at home looks good for WVU but they rely too much on 3pt shooting and are too young for this to be more than a small play.
