1st game tenn
tenn just had a drive and had to settle for a field goal to make score 14-3 with 1:55 left in half. both teams struggling but looks like tenn with have the momentum going into halftime as they get ball to start the 2nd half.
kickoff and kc starts at their 21 with 1:55 left in half. 1st play kc sacked for 8 yards and TENNESSEE CALLS A TIME OUT AT 1:40 seconds left in half. (why call a time out here; let the clock run and you have 2 timeouts left and if they run it up the middle you can stop them there and call time out and still make them punt with over a minute to go in half and have the ball). result of coach stupid time out on defense is a touchdown for kc with 8 seconds left in half to make score 21-3 in favor of kansas city.
tennessee came back and won the game in spite of the coach making a horrible decision in last 2 minutes. he is being paid 4 million dollars a year to fuck up.
2nd game same thing
atlanta has been lucky and got several special team turnovers and lucky to be leading 13-7 with 3 minutes to go in half. Altanta gets kickoff and has to punt to la with 1:15 to go in half. la gets ball at their 16 with 1:15 left in half.
atlanta will get the ball to start the 2nd half so just looking to get to half time with a 6 point lead, and 1st play for la is a pass in middle for 5 yards to their 21 and clock is running. atlanta calls a timeout for some fucking unknown reason and from there la goes downfield and lucky for atlanta they miss on 2 passes from 1st and goal and get a field goal with 8 seconds left in half.
bad coaching made the halftime score 13-10 instead of 13- 6.
how to these coaches keep making really bad coaching decisions. I knew they had fucked up on both games when they called the timeout when the other teams were ok going into halftime with the score as it was. happens ever week in the nfl.
sorry for the long post but just cannot stand players playing their hearts out and coaches who are supposed to be smart fucking it up for them.
