Texas -5.5 over TCU ***
TCU has the Longhorns number winning this series the past 7 or 8 years. Patterson an outstanding defensive coach is not going against Charlie Strong and Hermann who Texas fired both. Stark will be a new challenge for Patterson . Throw out last saturdays game. Texas blew away Tex Tech and SMU beat TCU. If you look at the past 4 or 5 years TCU always struggles the game before Texas . The past few years before TCU plays Texas they lose to IowaSt then beat Texas 33-31. The folowing year they lose to Kansas St 24-17 and then beat Texas 37-27. Lose to Ohio St and Ok St and then beat texas the following game. So there is a pattern . TCU struggles the game before Texas and then beats them. But their is a new sheriff in Austin and he has a running back Bjorn Robinson . Texas is 1st a running team with Bjorn and a few solid rb's. QB has an arm and is mobile Although they were " schooled" by Arkansas 2 weeks ago they have handled the weaker talent Rice and Tex Tech .
TCU has a superstar freshmen rb and Duggan is a solid qb but think after SMU exposed their secondary on defense Patterson Bjorn is the best running back in the country. His cuts are amazing, and his change of direction is " poetry in motion" . What I like about him more then any other running back is when he gets hit ,he redirects and either powers over you or makes a cut with eceleration. Hermann who was fired platooned him every other series. He is a home run hitter anytime he touches the ball. Arkansas did a nice job containing him a few weeks ago and Texas offense didn't take advantage of it. Think the pattern of TCU playing bad or losing the game before and then beating Texas is over. Now Texas has OU next up but Stark I think has his kids focused on TCU this week Its supposed to rain in Fort Worth this weekend.

Army -8 over Ball St ***
Army is on the road but damn, these guys are shooting on all cylinders . Anderson the qb is breaking records rushing and was 0-5 passing Why pass when your Offensive line is opening up holes bigger then the Lincoln Tunnel . They have 3 backup qb's and Jacobi the Full back I think the announcer on saturday said " he has never lost a yard ". If its 3rd and 3 or 4th and 2 just give it to Buchanan[ jacobi} Ball state won the MAC last year and have everyone back but Monken has his kids playing inspired football and these guys are taking no prisoners .

Baylor +3.5 over Ok St ***
Bears I think lost the best LB in the B-12 in Bernard will come back and update

UTSA -21 over UNLV ***
beep beep Roadrunners are on a roll . Sincere was the best running back in the country but I have to give Bjorn the edge but not by much Like the Warner Brothers cartoon Rebels will be chasing the Roadrunner from coin flip to the end or " poof" when Wylie falls off a cliff and all you see is " poof"

Incarnate Word can you play them this weekend They were -7 last week and won 31-0 over McNesse St . Carmeron Ward had another +350 yds passing. I'm posting about him but no one has ever said we played him or am following him. they play Northwestern St from Natchitoches and they are 0-3 this week . Other then the correct pronunciation In car knit someone in Vegas doesn't know them them yet so we might get another week before the gods wake up or someone reads what I' saying There was no line at my 2 places I wager until late saturday morning when I hit extra game s and then I saw it. Pounded in Car knit and won easily.. Might have to wait but if its -7 ,-10 ,-21 I'm taking that little Catholic school from San Antonio regardless what the line is if there is a line if anybody see's a line please post ..
back later with a few more game s

I saw some highlights of that Army QB running the ball and he is super fast! Couldn't believe it.

Roschon is pretty good too.

will be interesting to see if QB Thompson can keep scoring TDs for texas. 20 drives he's started. 16 TDs, 2 FGs.

sdf roschon is so dangerous and then the kid transfer from bama . they are loaded in the backfield and Thompson can run. Can there defense stop teams. Arkansas game was a whupping .. Can they beat Ou but lets get TCU out of the way.

Cruncher Army has 3 qb's on the bench that can run better and pass better then Anderson They had Jabari Law and Jemel and Tyler who I thought were ahead of Anderson . Behind Buchanon they have Adkins another fullback that just steam rolls people . If you let Robinson turn the corner his is gone. Anderson avg almost 8 yds per carry Adkins 4 yds Jacobi 3.5 and speedster Robinson 11 yds on 11 carries for 215 yds

Army's qb Anderson hurt his shoulder last week and is questionable today. He had 230 yds rushing last week but not to worry Army has 3 backups Yes 3 solid backups all capable in Tyheir,Riley and ballard Jemel ...all are interchangeable and can run the offense. Monken in his press conference actually stated that it doesn't make a difference who the qb is I thought Jemel or Jabari would start because both have better arms but they don't pass. Ball State passing defense is horrible but Army cannot exploit their weakness and they really don't care They lead the nation in rushing and their mind set is " ifs its 3rd and 3 feet or 4th and 6 feet we can make that easy. When Monkens does his press conferences he uses feet instead of yards. Army's defense has really improved and think today Ball St is in trouble The line has moved to-10 this morning and not sure why especially since Anderson might not play. Think Army wins and covers no matter what the line is . They will control the clock and when Ball St after 3 quarters still can;t stop the FB dives of Jacobl and Atkins and quarterback keeps ,they can flip it out to speedster 5'9 180 pound Tyrell Robinson who if he turns the corner is gone.. and their 3 backups qb's do throw better then Anderson who was 0-5 last week despite rushing for over 230 yds. I don;t think there is a team in the country if your starting qb is hurt there are 3 or 4 backups they are all capable of replacing the starter and not losing a beat.

Ok St -3.5 over Baylor ***
Flipping here ..BU Bernard all american linebacker is questionable But Looking at baylors upset over Iowas St they were out gained and outplayed .Baylor won on special team Ebner ran a touchdown back they got a blocked punt etc. Ok st has Sanders at qb who can pass and run Plus they have Warren a tough rb to deal with Ok St beat Boise on a bad call and was lucky. But Baylor who I like and have backed think playing in Stillwater will have a tough day Both teams are 4-0 Ok St struggled with Mizzou St and Tulsa and just beat K-state by 11 But think the bears are in trouble with Sanders at qb

ECU +4 over Tulane **

FSU -4.5 over Cuse **
Cinncy -2 over Notre dame ***
After getting left out of lasts years final 4 this is the Bearcats super bowl . Think they handle ND with ease

UTSA-21 over UNLV ****

Roadrunners are on a roll . Beep beep how to you stop McCormick . Put 8 guys in the box ans then harris and his wr's will tear you apart

Texas over TCU
the pattern ends today Bijon Bijon and bijon

Incarnate Word - ??? over Northwestern ****
Cannot find a line yet For some reason my 2 sites don't release these FCS lines until an hour before they start.. Is there a line?? Northwestern is 0-3 They lost to North Texas Alcorn and UT Martin 44-14,13-10, and 35-10 Again Cameron Ward has to be the best qb in the country that no one ever heard except the teams he beats . Last year Incarnate won 49-47 .Again I don't know much about the Southland conf in football but I do know this small Catholic school in San Antonio In -car- knit has the best qb in the state Will pound them again because I'm not getting off the train ..
