As I was driving to pick up my granddaughter about an hour ago there was a news-sports update on the Longhorn network. The dj announced this could be the biggest news-break we have had here in the past 20 years. the No 1 HS recruit in the country Archie Manning son of Cooper grandson of Archie just tweeted he has committed To Texas thru his tweeter account. It had in 30 minutes 35,000 likes and 5,000 responses. So Texas has Archie next year since he still has to finish his senior year in HS. He had narrowed it down to Georgia Clemson,Alabama and a few others . He was rumored to pick Texas and I guess they were right. anyway The bama line vs Texas in september is -13 I think Since Archie will be still in HS and despite Texas having the best running back in the country in Bijan don't think Texas defense can stop the Tide . And think Bama defense can slow down Bijan and score at will 1st handicapp game of the year Bama -13 over Texas { that line might be off }
