Texas Tech over Baylor
Liked this game early in the week.Got it at the number Jesus's disciples minus Judas.I know a few apostles were added in the past few days.
I know a lot of people are staying away from this game.Baylor is really improved and lost most of its games by very close scores including 2 OT losses.They lost to OU and AM in OT and lost to Neb by 9.But those B-12 teams aren't what they used to be.Baylor also lost to Smoo 33-28 and of course beat my Army 20-10.
Of course in comes the "Army game factor".As you already know by the amount of times I talk about Army...Baylor beat them by 10 but it was 13-10 with a few minuts to go.BUT, Army's Dahamn the worst QB in the country had a season high 228 yds vs the BU secondary picking them apart.
I know BU's secondary has improved big time and they are 2nd in the B-12 in pass def eff.But they haven't played passing teams.Allowed 6 passing Td's all year. Tech could get that today
BU has Mosley who is outstanding running the ball.Bell at Qb and a great WR but that will not be enough.
TT is loaded on offense.They have played some mother theresa schools and Hodges has put some big numbers on the board via the air.
They struggled with Kansas and Neb beating them by 3 and 13 but put away KSU 59-20.
Everyone knows what happened in Austin last week.Hodges did throw for 42-64 and 370 yds but Young and co dominated.
Leach is embarrased from his trip out east last week.They really thought they could give UT a game.But today I think he lets his offense go after watching BU's defense.He has ripped the BU defense apart the past few yrs winning 42-17,62-14,63-19,28-0,etc,etc.Forget the ats record.
TT has to much firepower with there backs coming out,Wr etc.There defense should be able to keep BU in check but BU's defense will break after awhile.I see it close for a few quarters.Everyone getting excited because BU might have the lead but in the end the red raiders win by a couple of TD's.Top play of the day... I still see Dahman picking apart the BU secondary.Hodges could have 500 yds and and 6 tds.
And speaking of Army..they did zip the Zips 20-0 last week just like I predicted.And I didn't get one congrads or kudo's for that...and don't want one either..

ECU over C.Florida * ..last week had Memphis big over ECU.ECU covered scoring with 10 seconds left.ahh
BYU over Air Force *..flyboys don't have enough.......not going there guys.But air attack vs poor AF defense.
Texas over Ok St *..BCI on there minds.
Georgia plus over Florida despite qb problems
TCU over Sd St ** only because the world is on this game and I don't want to miss out.
La Tech over San Jose St ** over NT..that was my big play last week.
Navy over Rutgers*.Had UConn over RU last week.RU up 9 with a few minuts to go.I'm dead.Then Schaino instead of going with some kind of prevent defense starts blitzing,sending 6 to the qb.UConn Qb moves the ball 60 yds and scores with under minut.RU wins but we Huskies backer were all smiling.Same thing today.RU will be leading,etc.and then the Knights will stumble.
Last game North Texas-LSU.It would of been my play of the year back on Sept 3.I knew North Texas was going to be bad.That there qb was terrible,etc.Everyone was talking about NT;s 2 returning running backs.But no OL,no DL,no offense,no defense,no punt returners,etc,etc.
The line was going to be around Kareem Abdul number.I loved LSU.Big time.Then the hurricane and the rest is history.Today the number is Jerry West's uniform number .NT is last in the nation in almost every offensive catogory.No Qb.Still at negative yardage in punt returns.
This is a 55-0 game.The only way its not is if in the 2nd qrt they start pulling starters out.And we all know that could happen.
But NT is so bad LSU 3rd stringers are better.
