After much debate and the fact I am getting older I have decided to make an honest effort and do something I have never done.......gamble smartly within a money management system I have installed. I have not had any discipline in my 35 years of gambling yet I have had Big Wins and Bigger losses LOL so this is my plan and all plays will be listed in this thread.

10K in 60 days with a start up of 1200 and never wagering more than 5% of bankroll on any one single play.
My plays will be between 2% and 5% of bankroll depending on of course how much I like it.......sounds tough right but......proper discipline and money management this will work......Also be advised as bankroll increases I will increase plays but.......I will NEVER play more than 250 on one single play......Parlays will be 2% always when I make one so anyone want to tag along for the ride, if not please sit back and cheer me on.....

This will be a thread I check daily.

I've always wondered what I could actually pull off if I was betting with a structure/plan instead of just the fun/excitement of it.

My pattern is like clock work. Lose a hundred here and there until my balance gets to -1000, then I buckle down, play conservative (scared), my balance gets back evenish then I start betting like a chimpanzee with two loaded pistols and I end up sending my bookie a check.

Good luck to you and for me anyways it does seem like the public accountability would be critical.

I don't mean to be a dick, but at 2%-5% of 1200 (25-55 per game) you have zero, read ZERO chance of getting to 10k in 60 days, unless you are lighting up playing every game on the board AND hitting 80%. Not happening. It's simple math, and the fact that you suggest this is possible belies the seemingly intelligent move of a money management system. I would suggest a money management system and realistic achievable goals.

So for you to say it cant be done your an idiot its an average of 300 a day wins and that can be done.....you should read and understand the plan you gave me more incentive to prove you wrong

No chance. And you did similar last year and couldn't hit broad side of a barn.

Do the math.

Let's say you make 10 plays a day (which is a lot). Average of 50 dollars per play. 500 bucks per day. That's an ROI of 60% to get your 300 per day. Even if you are bumping the amounts, it doesn't matter. You need an insane ROI to do this. The ironic part is playing all of these parlays makes it even more difficult.

It could work with a decent ROI over a long period of time (hence here benefit of money management) but 10x your initial bankroll won't happen in 2 months. Nope.

And btw 2-5% is insanely high for a real money management system.

Well we will see what happens and I played parlays because I really think its a good play tonight based on the action out there and I have never tried this system

I'm just pointing out what should be obvious to anyone with a brain. If you don't agree with me on this, you are flat wrong and don't understand simple math.

A money management strategy is to prevent you from going broke, its not designed to "make you money". You make money by making wagers that lead to a positive ROI. The money management system allows your positive ROI to actually make you money.

A series of wagers with a positive ROI executed over an extended period of time = profits. Setting an unreasonable goal like this will only lead to ruin.

Couldnt agree more

I laughed when i initially read the particulars

1200 investment

2-5 % plays ($24 to $60 initially increasing or decreasing based on bankroll)

Minimize the number of plays

No play ever over $250

Yet make 10k after 60 days.....Wtf?



1 play a day and a 60-0 record might get your 10k in 60 days
