i believethe above futures show great value for this team. accomplished staff. forget this obvious, i'm loving the '02 2nd half of P lidle to carry over. departures of gimabi and isringhausen are tough. but, koch will suffice while pitching against a division that didn't see much of him. pena at 1B is one we all know about, giambi now - probably not. a rookie impact like STL poujlus - yep... lets not forget this A's team was up 2-0 on NYY last year before succumbing. living, learning, progressing.
i'll drop my opening night pick:
