Agree about the poor call or two, but with a team that throws it around like that it's part of the game...you'll get some interferance calls from time to time, deserved or not.
I guess I don't understand the ruckuss about a passing only team continuing to pass when they are only up by 17 with plenty of time left, though...what, six minutes or so? I agree, the game seemed well in hand, but if nobody has learned that anything can happen in any game in two minutes, let alone six or so, then good luck in the future.

gman, I agree the flea flicker was a bad choice, low class. I do not think continuing to pass was out of line, though, only up 17. I didn't see the celebration, which sounded pretty bad, and the coach admitted that.
noodle, winning by 17 would be plenty if you could be sure that was going to happen and the game was over. I guess he figured Navy wasn't going to forfeit at that point or were ready to not try to score anymore, and kick an onside kick, score, and kick another onside kick. Stranger things have happened, haven't they?
