I feel your pain, but it was the right call. Let's face it......you have two other pitchers who didn't do the job. King walks a guy, and DeJean collapsed.

Bere pitched far better than I ever thought he would, or this game would have been over a lot earlier.

Today is another day, friend!

Even though I agree that Royster made the right move in taking out Quevedo, I still think he blew it.

You could see very plainly in DeJean's mannerisms and body language that he was struggling and had no confidence. Royster should have pulled him at least after he walked the first (or maybe the second) batter in the 10th.

But this type of loss is not uncommon for a poor team and you have to expect to get burned once in while if you bet on them.

Better days are coming!
