for your suggestions on where to eat in Knoxville. We all enjoyed Calhoun's--they even had 4 locally brewed beers than were quite good......
. The view of the river from the restaurant is very nice, but all it did was rain the whole time we were in Knoxville.
Also had a very nice dinner at a place in the Old City called Lucille's. Then we stuck around for a great jazz quartet that played. It made those 6 dollar cocktails easier to drink.
Walked around Nyland Stadium, but couldn't convince the security guard to let us in to see the field. Don't think he was a sports fan because when we told him we were Iowa Hawkeyes, he just stared at us.
Where does everyone park for a game at Nyland? I know of the 5 story parking ramp right there-- but doesn't Nyland hold 117,000+ now?
Thanks again for your help.......
