Hey - TheBoundBook - I want to thank you for your post - i've been in a posting slump & haven't posted my plays for about a week - took some time off - and always respect your plays - after seeing your post i decided to coattail you - put a $1,000 on the AL (10 unit play for me) - at +135, and $1,000 on the over 10 at +113 - and put a 1 unit $100 parlay on the AL & over...so end result was a 3-0 night and +$2,516.50 or +25.2 units for me...of course I won't include this in my own MJ's posting record (will add it to my overall since Jan 1 total since i like to track my true overall units won - after all this is the bottom line number that matters!) - but just want to show that we have some solid posters here & coattailing each other once in a while can pay off...
I did initially lean to the AL & over as I liked that both plays were getting + money - and figured the worst would be a split - which would still net a profit...and after seeing many solid cappers on the AL & over - decided to play them...good thing...
Thanks again to you & everyone else who works hard to post your plays...i went on a slide at the end of the 1st half of this MLB season - but after a solid CFB, NFL playoffs, CBB tourney & NBA season & playoffs - I have accumulated a nice profit of $15,130 (+151.3 units) year to date in all sports...even though in the slight negative (-13.9 units) since posting at MJ's...however one of the reasons I have had such a good year is because of all of you here at MJ's - I've coattailed many posters on this board this whole year, in NFL playoffs, College B-ball, NBA before I started posting - and as a result am having a great year...just wanted to point this out & show that there are lots of great cappers here...
I am really excited about this 2nd half of the season...going to get back to what has worked well in the past - riding the winning & losing streaks...i have done some homework and gone over every teams performance during the 1st half of the season - and there were many winning and losing streaks I failed to take advantage of...most recently the Cardinals 9 game streak...and i bet them in the 3 games they lost before that...that's what i mean - got to be on top of it every day - i know i've had a busy busy summer & not as much time to cap so know i rushed some of my plays...i've learned when too busy - simply don't post & don't play if i'm not 100% sure...
To conclude - just a thanks again to theboundbook - and too many others to name who have helped me snap out of a losing streak...let's pay attention and really ride some teams winning & losing streaks - especially after a team wins or loses 2 in a row...can be really profitable if we hit the hot dogs - look at the Pittsburgh 10 game winning streak...remember last year the Brewers won like 15 in a row - i rode them from game 3 to the 16th game...very profitable w/ increasing the bets as the wins keep rolling...
