Went to Cedar Park HEB arena and sat court side and watched St Bonnies blow out Cent Mich and a game that was outstanding with Pepperdine beating Ark LR by 1...nothing like sitting courtside right on top of everything....Bonnies gds Adams and Mobely are some tandem....CM had 5'9 Keene who was leading the nation in scoring and his partner Rayson....the trouble is both are 5'9 gds vs Bonnies 6'3 and 6'2 ....you could see the difference...Bonnies inside game was outstanding....outplayed CM up 3-0 in the 1st 2 minutes...could see right away Bonnies had the better team...only wish there was live betting...Bonnies scored over 100 and coach subbed the last 10...Keene is some player but totally out of control...driving thru 4 people with his head down....2nd game Ark LR-Pepper....lead changes,great plays....what a game to watch....Pepper was just a little bit better...Ark did outstanding job on Murray who is avg 25...10th in the country...he didn't do anything in the 2nd half...no one can figure out this tourney....4 teams playing in the Lone Star Classic....no local teams...and about 150 people in attendance...

Not sure if Ark has anything left in the tank after last nites game....Johnson is one of the quickest gds in the country...has dreds down to his hips...thinks that slows him down...but he can flat out and play..... Ark lost the game on a missed 3 pt shot that was probably a foul but ref couldn't call it...wasn't sure if it was a foul....and of the 150 people in the arena and the players and coaches nobody had a better view of the play then me...right in front of me...CM was down by 40-50 pts so they were in neural the last 15 minutes of the game...think Ark beats them by 6-10 pts tonite...
Rutgers -13.5 over North Texas *****
Grabbed this line last night when I got home..its up to -14.5 today....Rutgers is 4-0..I talked already about Pickel the coach...Nites are playing good..he has instilled some defense and rebounding...that have some big kids inside,Sanders,Williams and Freeman are scoring....playing at the RAC...they pushed the other day only because Coach let his subs play....North Texas is one of the worst teams in the country...got blown away by Texas Tech...played Drexal at home who is an avg team and got beat 83-62....its so bad in Denton that before the Drex game the programs they gave out was last years rosters...and a group of North Texas fans that want Beneford fired are trying to collect money to hire one of those promotional indoor blimps to let banners out with "fire beneford"... NT has no perimeter defense at all...post defense in trouble...cannot shoot the 3 and of course no one knows what an assist is....think Rutgers win this by 20 as long as Pickiell he doesn't empty his bench to early...one other fact.. Rutgers beat Drexal 87-66 a few weeks ago...
