This offensive "genius" some how uses his best offensive weapon by giving him 2 carries in the first half.

He can't reel Cutler in, even though he's had such great QB coaching experience.

He tries to be hipster like in his play calling and schemes. Meaning he can't go with what works he has to out think and go against the norm just to prove how smart he is.

I can't find a more inconsistent team the past two years. Trestman has a .500 record, he gets treated like has an .800 record. Even though he has a .500 record it feels way worse.

Inconsistency has to fall on the coaching staff not being prepared.
