this girl is from close to home, and I think pretty attractive. My question is, what is third degree sodomy, and why did she get 10 years for it? Attorneys, what does that charge mean?
Angela Comer, 26: Middle-school teacher from Tompkinsville, Ky., fled with her alleged lover, her 14-year-old male student, before being tracked down in Mexico where she reportedly planned to marry the boy. Comer later claimed she was forced at gunpoint by the boy to go to Mexico. She was indicted in January 2006 for illegal sex acts with a minor and returned to Kentucky. Charges included felony custodial interference, two counts of third-degree sodomy and four counts of unlawful transaction with a minor relating to sexual acts. On May 9, 2007, Comer pleaded guilty to one-count of third-degree sodomy, and was slated to serve 10 years in prison as part of a plea agreement.

I counted at least that many. If you click on some of the links without pictures, you will be directed to their article and that usually contains some kind of photograph.

Sodomy is most commonly referring to anal sex. The word anal isn't appropriate when discussing sexual relations or acts, so the sodomy is used instead. Sodomy is illegal in most states I believe, which means you could get jail time for doing your wife in the pooper.
I get that No Pepper was joking on the nipple and elbow part, but was curious if he was serious about the oral gratification part. Just reminded me of elementary/middle school when you didn't know something about sex, and you asked someone else whe didn't know either but gave you a response anyways. For three years, I thought that "porking" someone meant sticking your finger in their nipple and not getting any milk back.:142smilie

A person is guilty of 3rd degree sodomy if:
a) he engages in deviate sexual intercourse with another person who is incapable of consent because he/she is mentally retarded.
b) being 21 or more, and he/she engages in deviate sexual intercourse with someone less than 16
c) being a person of position or authority of special trust, and he or she engages in deviate sexual intercourse with a minor less than 16 with whome he/she comes into contact with as a result of that position.
The word deviate, as they are using it, refers to anything that "deviates" or goes against the norms of society...being anal sex.
