You don't leave your staters out of the gm in hopes your 6-10 guys can bring you back into the gm. A good shooter keeps shooting til they find their stroke. 6-10 shooters never had a stroke and if they don't have it you yank them. This is why Port and Mil are horrible teams but you never fade from fundamentals. I am sure if you took the Microphone away from many of these guys they would have a lot to say about their leadership.
