My line is 16.5, and this will be the best offense & defense that Illinois will have faced after struggling vs YST and WKY. This will be Washington's worse offense and defense they've faced TY. Yes my power rankings have Illinois lower than Hawaii and EWU is better than the Warriors. LY's contest Washington cracked 600 yards to Illinois' 300. Washington close in the first two weeks gives some line value.

I have it at 22.5 as the Vols are just so young and will be their first road game against an OU team that is really good with a Coach who hasn't shied away from his feelings about the SEC.

I have it at 10.5. These 2 teams meet in 2012. It was USA?s first gm vs a ranked opp (#23). While the Jags lost 30-10 they had a 21-15 FD edge and were only outgained 356-247 (-2 TO?s). MSU has LSU on deck. Half unit based on the Bulldogs poor defensive showing LW, and I'd expect better this week.
