Yes I am a Mavs fan.. but also a realist.. I know they are not going to go far and I dont mind them losing.. but I hate to see them lose to this ghetto trash!!!

I have never seen so many hood rats on one team.. they play dirty, have no respect for the game and have zero class..

Do they have one player who isnt covered in tatoos??? Got what pieces of shit :sadwave:

I am sick of Anthony throwing up gang signs everytime he makes a shot.. And dont get me started on the Bird Man.. What a piece of white trash.. sheesh

Hate to see the Mavs go down to this group

wow, you sound like me...they certainly have the most tattoos in the league, even ones on their necks, I understand having some on your upper arms but down the neck and arms is thuggish, now I understand why they traded for allen Iverson a few years ago.:142smilie I prefer a clean canvas myself...I was coming here to post exactly what you posted as I just changed the channel to the game, lol

Yeah Birdman.
More like Crackman.
Melo is no longer acknowledged by any gangs so he throws out the signs for attention.
Kenyon is the thug of all thugs in the NBA.Looks and acts the part to perfection.

Billups is carrying these thugs and time will catch up to them.
They are not that good.

You guys for real? It's the NBA not the local Catholic Church league.

Kenyon Martin's lips on the neck certainly isn't a good look in my opinion, but nothing shocks me in this league anymore.

I could have understood this thread about ten years ago.

Ten years ago the NBA wasn't trying to pretend to be something it isn't.
Trying to class it up with dress codes and suspensions for hard fouls.
The league is the one trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes.

Every team in the NBA has a thug or two these days but Denver has like 7 or 8(at least).

And that was my point.. Every single one of them seems just uggghhhh

And it isnt a race thing. I hate " The Birdman" most of all.. I read articles about him buying cars for his bimbos while his mother and the rest of his family has to catch snakes and other animals for food around their shanty shack..

The guy is a complete tool:sadwave:

Understandable. I can't root for a team with Jason Kidd on it, but that's me.

I understand for the Nuggets hatred, they aren't the most likeable bunch, what I don't understand is that anyone can be suprised by the amount of "thugs" in any pro sport anymore.

I would say only NFL and NBA have that many thugs

Yeah you are probably right. It's funny, I think the NFL has the most of all, but does a better job of hiding it.

Doesn't hurt that all of their players are in helmets and pads, and aren't really all that recognizable outside of the superstars. Half the players could be coverd in ink and you'd never know it.

Last take for me on this as I really don't care about the NBA and don't have a team that I follow.

Birdman maybe have a questionable look but he makes $797,581 a year, which is a hell of a deal for the Nuggets. Based on the cocaine suspension he's lucky he is getting another shot, but the Nuggets are getting their monies' worth.

I'm as big of Mavs fan as you will find and I don't care for the Nuggets but you better get use to it. This is a good team. They have a lot of tools on both the offensive and defensive side. The only thing I think they lack is a really good three point shooter. They will win in 5(unless Howard makes a quick recovery) and then I think they give the Lakers(or Rockets) a good run. Melo and Nene are as good if not the best one-two punch in the NBA(IMO).

If JR Smith and Billups all keep shooting from 3 like hey have in the playoffs, they're going to be tough to beat. They have 2 legitimate 1on1 players that you need in crunch time with Melo and Billups. They have all the defense you need with Nene, Anderson, and Martin down low. They have a deep bench that can SCORE, not just rest guys. For crying out loud, Balkman and Kleiza are barely playing, and they're high energy and efficent scorers(although Kleiza does get wild like JR Smith at times.

This team is a serious threat...to win it all

NeNe is finally healthy and a force inside--they hae one of the best benches around--Kezila has had a bad series so far and if he gets on they will have one of the better benches around. Karl knows how to coach--the tatoos tell me nothing about thier character. I see them winning one of the games at Dallas?

Yea Josh Howard im sure is a pillar in the community, Jason Kidd only slapped the piss out of his wife, Shawne Williams been in trouble and suspended a couple of times and im sure none of these have tattoos... I guess these 3 are ok compared to the rest. Im sure we are only scratching the surface.

c'mon now...leave my nugs alone...we haven't won shit in forever and get bounced every year out of the playoffs losing 4-1 or a sweep. Let us bask in our glory for a minute, even if they don't go much further...the fact is, character flaws, tattoos, whatever, they are playing great ball
