I travel there every January but this seems to be the warmest one I remember. Is it normally 70 degrees in late January?

no about low 60's feb is the coldest most of the time low 50"s and wind can be a bitch even though its about 70 feels cold as can be when you wake up and it 38 40 thats a 30 degree drop so thats the down side of it. not many places have 25-30 degree drops from day to night but by 11 it heats up
