having watched my neigboors raise their children[6 children from 4 families ..over the last 15 years..they now range in age from 15-25]they have all tried the it's "just a phase", "they will grow out of it" excuse..oh and the if I buy them more stuff they will appreciate the home life more approach..of course they all have failed and they have dumb ass children who are undisiplined and dropouts..
the foot in the ass approach was a form of cruel and inhuman treatment..and was not to be used.
I must say though..these kids do have the sass my parents routine down to perfection..
they are all real handy with the cell phones and assbook thingee too.
Haven't seen much in the form of manners either.
But I'm sure it's just a phase their going through.
when they all reach 30 years old and finally move out of the house with the new home and cars mommy and daddy bought for them their lives will be full and enriched with human dignity.

Being demanding parents is not the way to go, this video pisses me off. He should be arrested and CPS should be called to investigate, I bet he beat her with a belt when she way younger too. :shrug:

not too demanding to the point of being an asshole to your kids, they grow up to hate their parents :shrug: I am not a push over but not an asshole like this guy was, he should have put his foot down years ago and he would not have this problem now. She should get paid for chores I always did, not much but something when I was a teenager...he treats his kids like slaves not children, you need responsibility not treated like shit:shrug: I would be getting even if my dad did something like that to me:shrug: shooting my laptop, maybe find his porn stash and show my mom, see if he is having an affair, I would be getting even if I was this girl.
my parents would have never done this to me or treated me like this, they had expectations of me and respected me, this girl is treated like a slave...she has legit complaints to me :shrug:

The more I think about this video, this guy should have started parenting when his kid was young, he would not have this problem now...he was out of line for shooting the laptop, bottom line...she still has legit complaints though, I would never treat my kids like he did...:shrug:
I did too and I swore I would never do that to my kids :shrug: a few times I remember getting beat badly with a belt, wooden spoon, coat hanger, etc...I believe there are better ways to parent, thats all...
