Who the fuck knows if it will get bad again or what will actually happen but the uptick is happening and being underreported. My friend works for the biggest lab in West Palm Beach and just this week the uptick was 30% and sadly 40% of the new cases were people completely vaccinated. My brother-in-law says as long as people don't need hospitalization it shouldn't be really bad but the vulnerable (even vaccinated are still at risk). Pfizer says they have applied for approval for a booster for the new variant yet the CDC says it's not yet needed. What happens in the next 6-8 weeks when schools open and kids under 12 get this delta variant and take it home to unvaccinated or vaccinated parents. BOOM. The next huge wave. I hope I am so wrong.
