Very sad , spent many hrs. in the Silverdome watching the Lions & Pistons. I knew where the quietest phone was so I could call my bookmaker for the late games. I use to sit in the end zone 2nd or 3rd row from the top, the stairs were a killer.

Wish I could answer your question but I would ask Compuware, Quicken Loans ( Dan Gilbert ), Detroit Tigers, Red Wings( Mike Ilitch ), Detroit Lions ( Ford Family ), General Motors, 3 Casino's, Wayne State Univ., U of D , Henry Ford Medical Ctr., Detroit Medical Ctr. & 100's of start up's that have occupied the city.
