are not a very good team.....as proven by last night's 99-81 beat'n at the hands of a dismal Cavs team.

But.....you sure wonder whether laying -4' with these Knicks is a wise thing to do??? They can really hang ya out to dry for sure!!

Tonight I believe that this Raptor team (minus Carter) will create some defensive matchups very favorable to the Knicks....allowing Spree some freedom to have a great game.

-Spree won't have to be in a constant battle to guard and contain Carter tonight.....which frees Spree's energy to be a little more offensive minded.

-The Knicks have owned the Raptors this season with a 102-94 win at NY on X-mas night (without Camby). Camby is out again tonight....but I'd trade ya a Camby for a Carter everytime.

-The other NY win came at Toronto on Jan. 23 when the Knicks won 96-92. Spree was on that night with 35 points and he held Carter to only 18 points. With a player like Carter.....that took some energy to accomplish.

-This play is worth a shot......if for no other reason than Carter and his 25.5 pts/gm average will be MIA tonight against a NY team they've been unable to beat EVEN with their All-Star.

-This Knick team (as Dragon has said in the past) is an "enigma". Ya might as well turn on the Stones' "Tumblin Dice" as theme music when you play Chaney's NY team.....but without Vince.....I'm think'n the Raptors are "snake-bit" and "snake-eyes" tonight!!

GL whatever ya try to roll with tonight.

3-0...Last Wed.

couldn't agree more...

i played CLE last night large. don't knock CLE as of yet. they are not the most talented bunch but, check them out last five. with a healthy murray, miller and person, i see CLE as a 2nd half ATS team to watch. especially if the as late O FG% keeps up.

TOR w/o carter and others as well. on a similar note we labeled NYK as suspect over a month back. can't say much for the TOR HC wilkens at times. TOR team seems to lack serious drive/motivation.

i'm going to pass here as i do not have faith in NYK.
