Every game, EVERY GAME he mentions something.

Madden: blah blah I cant understand why this TD matters?
Al: WELL I can think of some people who care about this very much, but thats another story.

Yep & his Vegas comment before that.

Woohoo I needed that TD had over 37, and steelers rushing td prop :)

it must have mattered to someone on Pittsburgh. WTF did they take timeouts? Why was Kordell was upset about the non-TD call? I'm glad I only played this game for fun on a very small bet because if I loaded up on the under, I'd be fuming about now.

I had the under in a 7 point teaser.....under 44.5

I was expecting Cowar(d) to go for 2 and blow everything after that TD, wow I would of been pissed

luckily it hung on by .5

The other half of the teaser.....pats +10 was fairly secure:)

I also had the Under....lost. But in reality, this game was not really Under material. It was 24-7 half way thru the 3rd and really looked dead at that point. Only 6 points over the next 20 minutes or so in a game that could have gone way Over. How many times did the Steelers get inside the 30 only to be pushed back by stupid penalites? Or throw an INT?

I'd have been thrilled to have the win, but I think the Over really was the right decision. Just hard to see it die with :01 left!

Whether it was over or under, could have gone either way. My question is this - No tolerance in touching an official. So why no 15 yard penalty on Kordell after being shoved out at the one and rushing the official from behind to plead his case? He nailed the guys hand pretty well. I thought for sure I was going to see that guy reach in his back pocket...

No matter what anyone says, it was complete BS that it went over, only because pitt had to drive a long way in the last 3 mins

4th and 5 was a lucky catch, 2nd and 20,

it was all because of the prevent and pitt having timeouts to burn

i got screwed (of course) on that td, and it might be one of my worst losses ever

it seemed to me that pitt had an extra timeout in there, after that challenge of the ne def td.

i could be wrong

congrats to the winners, it is all about getting good breaks consistently

i had the under

sewart was tring to pad his stats, cuz he had an extremely horible night, that the only reason why he was so gung ho about the last td, i dont think anyone else cared on the team, i think he called the shot

what a smacked ass

Sorry

Sorry

But in reality the TD by PITT in the 2nd was TD and not a FALSE START so theres the over. Also Kordell was in on that run...

I wonder if Madden had any clue as to what he was referring to?

I doubt it.

I absolutely LOVE it when Al does this on every MNF game...

Al, yer one of us baybee  :Yep:

I was on the Under too so a lot of swearing was audible at the Anders' house on a Tuesday arvo

But bad beats come and go, and u can always make a case for either side. U gotta remember the times u get lucky as well ;)
