There are several factors that contribute to this selection. Untill last night the Marlins have been scalding the ball and even though Maddux was dominant they stiil managed two dingers off him. The Braves bullpen is taxed and the Marlins had to go to theirs early yesterday. The Marlins pitcher Penny has a blister that has been acting up and the Marlins may have to go to their pen a bit early. Last but not least you have Mike Everett behind the plate and he is 11-4 o/u with an averrage of 11.8 runs scored. Take the three run cushion!

Rockies have there Ace up trying to breakup a 3 game losing streak. The Rockies play well at home and should pound the Rookie pitcher they are facing.
