Where it is real F ing COLD
AR's post about his dog dying has now got me in the dumps.. I look at my little baby who is now a 12 year old springer / lab mix... She has just lost it over the winter.. She is a little bit bigger but I can tell she has lost a step or two. She doesn't jump as high when she greets me and she needs to go out and pee more, also the naps are a little longer.. I can see the slowing down progression and the grey she grew... WOW :scared Not much I can do. Time to cook her up a steak.... :00hour It's amazing how you can reflect in a dog's life to your own.. I just hope I have her for one more year and the rest will be gravy.. Actually it is gravy already..

I feel ya man...when I got divorced I took my 2 year old english bulldog Winston(my avatar) with me...the only thing I got. Then the next year a client of mine went to jail so I took his english bulldog Dozer....I am in heaven with these two but the only thing is Dozer is old(don't know how old) and me and Winston have really got attached to the old man...the vet says hes in good shape but I have seen him really slow down over the last couple of months and I'm kinda of afraid how Winston will react when the inevitable happens...Oh well, we just got to enjoy them while we have them, and try not to think about the bad things.
