adding:

Providence -6 1/2 (4 guards for PU potentially out, Cotton is listed as probable - Coach not ruling him out of action)

RI on the road not very good, they held Ohio St at a neutral site to a double digit loss, but OSU played everyone that game, except the waterboy.

PU 71 RI 60

E Wash +3, Spuds not very good on the road, EW won away vs Ida last year, EW a bit bettter overall this year and beat CS-Fullerton at home by a couple buckets, they should beat the Spuds by at least 2 perhaps 4 straight up.

adding:

Nebraska +7 1/2 (behemoth in the middle for Huskers and home crowd, Miles promised improve the program to be a vital Big 10 performer for ALL home games as well as being prepared, for the most part this year, they have been, Creighton is no slouch, last year they won at home by 10 and lost last time SU at Lincoln by 5 in McDermott's first year, both teams feature solid post play, best player on the floor is McDermott's son - but watch this game if you can and watch that big boy in the middle for Nebraska - I don't think I've ever seen a kid that big in my life clog up the middle since Duckworth played years ago (former Trailblazer, 6'11 350 lbs now deceased) Boise went into the QWest Center and beat a sound CU program, this time on the road, the Huskers get some redemption for last year loss, Neb 67 CU 64

GL to all!

It's millah time!:0025

Almeida is the kid I was yappin 'bout for Nebraska, he's listed as 6'11 315, but his chest is built like a keg with long arms and he's got a lil quickness.

Adding: Syracuse -20 1/2 to -21 1/2 (Long Beach State with numerous injuries, now travel from left coast to east coast and get torched on the road in the 2nd half) Syracuse 83 LBSt 58.

Inside some of the numbers:

Nebraska goes to the stripe, for 6 free throws, shoots less than 35 % from 3 pt and 2 pt at home? McDermott has a career night vs the Huskers.

Providence guard Cotton plays all but 1 min, gets some nice dishes, scores 11, Batts and this big guard, Fortune, have a nice night. Batts fouled out along with the other big kid that plays great "D", Kofane (ko-fah-nay), he doesn't score, he just hacks and intimidates. If Prov don't get some kids back healthy, they are going to burn out just playing 7 kids all season in the Big "L"east.

Syracuse puts on a show on the front line and LB State shot bricks and couldn't get into the paint but for a few occassions. Large road trip for LB State, next up Ohio St, then got 2 more big top 40 opponents, Monson has almost 1/2 his roster on the injured list. Fade LB State for a while.

3-2, and 1-0 in NBA winning over in the Knicks/Heat game.

Aztecs up by 21, up 16 with 17 secs and win by 14? WTF!!! That's the way buckets can make ya grow old and drink lots of beverages!!!

I'll take a positive day any time!!

Also hit teaser on "F"aiders & under in NFL.

Time to get to bed, 4 am comes early on the East Coast!
