From what I've heard this will make it more difficult. That's coming from somone high up in the NCAA that was on the radio here in Dallas.
For the Big 12 teams it's all about the money. Best example is Tech, they stand to earn 13 million or so more a year from a new tv contract if the Pac 16 happens. That's enough for teams to jump. Same with Nebraska to the Big 10.
