welcome pops. depends which akron team shows up on thursday night. so far, akron's varsity team hasnt shown up for any of their 3 games up to this point. theyre capable of winning this game outright, and theyre also capable of losing by 17 points. im not sure how akrons defense is going to stop cribbs. but kent state has never been a good chalk (the rare times that theyve been expected to win). hell, theyve struggled with 1-aa teams at home in recent years. its one of the bigger rivalries in the mac, so maybe akron will final show some balls and come to play. kents offense looks so much better right now though. for whatever reason, akron just is not getting it done. coin flip game, but with a gun to my head, id take the points like you did.

Like Vandy and Purdue out of those...getting kind of worried about Purdue as EVERYONE seems to be on them so far, but they have a VERY good team this year and should dispose of Illinois.
