You don?t want to touch Santa Clara with a 10-foot pole until you find out whether or not leading scorer, guard Kevin Foster (17.8 ppg), will return from an indefinite suspension after he was nabbed for a DUI. They were 0-3 SU, ATS in the first three games without him. But hey, guess what? They were only 1-5 ATS in the prior six games with him, so maybe they?re just an auto-fade?

Florida Atlantic

Does being on the road faze our Owls? Why would it? They?ve played at Washington, South Florida, Kansas, Mississippi State, Miami-FL and Harvard this season ? six different conferences. This is just one reason why they have won three in a row on the Sun Belt road leading up to this game against an opponent that struggles to score so much (barely scraping 60 ppg) that the leading scorer is the power forward. USA has scored 50 or fewer points three times in conference, twice on this floor. FAU has the better group of guards.

Washington State-6.5 over USC by 20
Oh, no, second-leading leading scorer Faisal Aden is suddenly
out for the season for Washington State! How will they ever
compete again in the history of the program!?

Rest assured, there are at least a handful of players secretly
pleased at the absence of Aiden, because it means fewer bad
shots for the team, and more opportunities for them! And, if
you had to pick a ?first game without second-leading scorer,?
it would probably be home, against the opponent who scores
the fewest points per game in the conference (54 per game),
and is hitting the road coming off a home win that snapped a
nine-game losing streak, a win in which the Trojans lost yet
another starter to injury (they're losing track of how many
tothis point), 7-foot leading rebounder DeWayne Dedmon.
WASHINGTON STATE, 69-49.
