Talk about 2 similiar teams going against each other.
They have both played a tough schedule.Troy vs KSU,Neb, Vir, and beating UAB and Marshall. NT has played OU,Air Force and Arkansas and beaten the Sun belt teams.
But in there games the stats are unreal.Troy has 127 1st downs with 74 by rushing and 45 by passing.NT has 128 1st downs,74 by rush and 45 by pass. Wow
So its let run the ball and then pass.
Troy has trouble at the Qb and possibly Leak might not start tonite.Beardon might replace him.
NT has Hall who has now started the past 4 wins with passing stats like 10-13,9-16,8-12 and a few TD's in every game.
Cobb who leads the nation in rushing is having a grerat yr.
NT's strength is rushing offense and rushing defense.Troy St strength is the same.NT passing game is a bit better.
Troy offense scored 21 pts 2 weeks ago ve Fl Int.Last week was shutout by UVA.NT is doing what it always does.Losses all non league and wins all the Sun games.
Troy will stack the line tonite and make NT throw.NT will do the same to Troy.
NT in the past 6 yrs has been a double digit fav 3 or 4 times.
I like NT to win this game but I think 10.5 is a lot of pts.I know Troy on the road is bad but they did beat UAB.
I see a low scoring game.NT wins 17-10 or 21-14.
Fouts Field will have maybe 15,000 tonite.If that.It's not a great home field.The stands are so far back from the track.
If you ever saw the movie "Unnessary Roughness" thats the field.The movie was shot there.
NT winning double digit games as fav's are against UL Monroe's and La-Laf's. Troy is just a tiny bit better then them.

Boise St -8 over BYU
I have won with them the past 2 weeks.I know they are not playing on the blue grass.And I know BYU is no Smoo,San Jose St,etc.
I think BYU's defense is in trouble tonite with Dinwiddle.He has passed for over 2,600 with 18 tds and 1 int.Again a lot of those were against San Ho,Smoo,etc
They both played Wyoming with Boise winning at home 33-17 and BYU losing on the road 13-10.
BYU at home vs the ats is terrible.Think they are in trouble.
