IPFW has a 6-10, 260 senior center named David Simon who made himself eligible for the NBA draft, who averaged 18 points and 10 rebounds last season and he?s back. But guess what? Not tonight! He won?t play until November 20. So you have a team that won 4 games WITH him last season, against a deeper, NIT team that was taken out of that tournament at Oregon. George Mason has two returning kids who can shoot it well from deep, junior guard Tony Skinn and Lamar Butler. The roster became quicker in the off-season, they pressure in spots, and though guard-oriented and lacking in height, IPFW has only one player taller than 6-7 tonight and he is a redshirt freshman. George Mason center Jai Lewis will outweigh anyone else down low by 50 pounds
Yea Ray I plyed Gm also. with simon in I still have gm 17 better. Without they are 24 to 28 better. But it's early in the year.
