UCF 1st half over 20

Akron should be terrible this year...new coach, but going to go through growing pains again and even though they may be starting to show some heart, I don't think they are anywhere near the UCF level.

UCF, I'd like to imagine, would prefer to put this game away as early as possible and not show too much as I think they really believe they have a chance to go to the Shoe next weekend and pull the upset.

The UCF defense should be superb this year, and an abysmal Akron offense that converted under 28% of 3rd down attempts last year, should not start the season seeing much of a drastic improvement.

Of course, UCF could totally be looking ahead to OSU and lay a big turd, but I am hoping not.

I do like Minnesota in some fashion in the late game...whether it be a team total or something, I think they will have some success at UNLV, who has ranked in the shitter consistently in defense without much improvement. 2nd year under Jerry Kill should have the team more comfortable, even though they have a load of new guys....Marquise Gray could be a stud in the Big 10 and should give UNLV fits.

Maybe hit the 1st half o26.5 as Akron will be going no huddle and I see a fair amount of point being scored. GL this season!

UMass/UConn O 47

UConn pass defense was severely lacking last year. 4 separate occasions they were torched for over 400 yards in the air.

They ranked around 108 in pass defense, out of 120 teams....if you are a believer that they will make a HUGE jump and be much improved, maybe UMass will struggle to find the end zone.

But....with UMass playing fast and airing it out, should see a lot of plays ran which will increase the chance of putting up some points.
