I really like these picks.

However, I'm a bit weary of all the chalk considering the same faves have cashed in for 2 nites already.

A's have made us some money in this series and I'm worried about the anti-sweep slant here. Neither team has been swept in this series since '99.

I don't put much weight on what has or has not happened in the past. Earlier this week Oakland was at Detroit for a 4 game series. Oakland had won the first 3 and I took Oakland in the 4rth game. Someone told me that Oakland had not swept a 4 game series in 10 years, or something like that, so the play should have been Detroit based on this trend. Finale score, Oakland 6 Detroit 3. I have never been a trend player. I try to evaluate the games and play the teams that I believe have the best possible chance of winning. My record shows I don't win them all, but I win enough to have a little fun.
