Fine. If that's the way I start August then that's the way I start August.
Orioles are a system pick as the O's bats were OPS .887 the past 7 days while Bosox bats were OPS .771 over the same period, not to mention that Guthrie currently has a much higher rating than Wakefield by my numbers.
Florida total, over, also looks worthwhile.
Looks like there's also some value on the D'Backs, Rockies, Astros, Rangers and the Yankees runline, but I am in no condition to make any wagers.
Thursday I'm invoking a ban on my baseball wagering.
Still pulling for the O's as they'll count as a system pick for my statistics.
My apologies to any who saw my original Thursday post.
See you tomorrow.

Sick of this life
Not that you care
And I'm not the only one
With whom these feelings I share
Nobody understands
What why we're here
Searching for answers
That never appear
But maybe if I look real hard I
I'd see you're trying too
To understand this life
That we're all going through.

The love you take
Is equal to the love you make.
