havent exactly been tearin it up as of late- but played these for tonight as pretty strong plays. i guess its "buyer beware" sort of thing, so take it all fwiw, but these are how i see em:
2 units....ucla (+16.5) over arizona
2 units....wake/duke over 154
2 units....uc irvine (+7.5) over utah state
win or lose, almost feel like ucla is an obligatory play. arizona has been terrible with DD spreads this year, and they absolutely embarrassed ucla a month ago. bruins finally got a win for their semi-improved effort of late over georgetown, and i think they can keep this one right around 9 or 10 points. ucla doesnt have a whole lot of heart- but id hope they have enough sack to try and atone for that a$$-whooping they took at the hands of arizona a few weeks back
with both teams coming off grinders vs. slow-down-tempo teams (wake vs marquette and duke vs clemson), i think that keeps the number lower than it should be total-wise. i told myself if this total was 158 or less, id play the over. 154 definitely works. wake has tried to run with duke the last two years, so i dont see anything changing tempo wise. over 154 for me.
irvine kinda jekyl and hyde lately. some nice wins, but some puzzling losses as well. usu is nails at home but i think uci will stay within the number.
