This is a tough one for me to bet based on the hometown bias, but I think USF is in a bad spot. A BCS #2 ranking, a nationally televised road game where the home team is playing with desperation, a favorite becoming a dog. Line movement tells me Rutgers wins outright, but I hope they just cover the spread. lol.
