Both games look like good games...going with
1. Dallas +.5 at Vancouver
Maybe Vancouver has been hot but they seem to have fallen on a cold spell. Dallas looks to rebound after a pitiful performance against the Coyotes 2 nights ago. I read thay had a long closed door meeting after that game. Season series is 2-1 Vancouver. Canucks won two at Dallas 4-1 and 4-1, but lost at home 2-4.
2. Phoenix at Colorado [Under 5.5]
5 of the last 6 in this series have been 5 or under. The one over was a total of 9. I see this as a play-off type game. Phoenix just leap-frogged Dallas into 8th, and Dallas dropped to 10th, when the hounds beat the Stars on Tuesday. They will likely play a conservative defensive style. I could see this being a 1-1 tie going to O.T. Gretshy's magic in the Olympics may continue here, but Colorado had won the last 2 at home vs. Coyotes.
3. Dallas/Vancouver OVER 5.0
Dallas should be fired up after Tuesdays loss dropping them into 10th place. I mentioned these type of games in an earlier post, where a win by one team can vault a team into a playoff spot.
Tonight, the Sharks have already won, but they are in first. It is Vancover, Edmoton, and LA Kings that Dallas is chasing for 8th...
