still disgusted about bowler (emich's leading scorer) getting scratched before tip and sitting the bowling green game out. cost me a good chunk of money but more importantly, anyone that followed on emich got jammed too. damn near impossible to replace 6'8 260 and 15 pts/7 boards on the interior. very pissed about that game.

memphis (-2) over marquette

this is the only game im playing. its time for memphis to put up or shut up. theyre loaded with talent and theres no reason they shouldnt win this game by more than a few baskets on thursday. marquette has done all their damage at home this year and have played two cupcakes on the road (oakland and tulane). memphis has taken their lumps by playing a grueling schedule. im not excusing their poor play at times because theyve grossly underachieved. but those non-conference games should help them here. some might disagree but this is another team that i think has top 25 potential when they bring their game. my faith, for better or worse, is in calipari on thursday. get it done memphis.

nah, im not worried too much about that knucklehead. not the first, nor will he be the last, memphis player to get into some shit. its always something. i think the tigers bring a solid effort tonight and dont think the hunt situation will play a factor in this game. thanks for the heads up though fellas.

game SHOULD stay tight and possessions should become more valued. no doubt the pace of this one is up and down. but i think 83.5 for a 2h total that doesnt involve washington or arizona in the pac10 is gonna be tough to achieve
