I am back with college hoops. I have taken a short break from posting plays everyday for a month or so. It is so easy to get burned out posting almost everyday, year round. I love college hoops. I used to be very good at it, but have struggled the past couple of years.
I am not going to get caught up in rating my plays for different units. I think that has been my downfall recently. For those who have been around a while on the net and recognize me, I used to have a reputation of being a pretty good capper, but the past two years I have been losing. I have been smart enought to get out when I have turned ice cold.
What really makes a play a one, two, three, four or five unit play. The more I think about it are plays are equal. All of my plays are going to be only for one unit. But, I am going to list my best bet of the night each night that I play. It is what I consider my strongest play of the night, but it will only be for one unit like the rest of my plays. I hope this makes sense to everybody.
Some nights I will have write ups and other night I will not. I usually take Saturdays off. There are just too many games and I don't have the time. Even during the good years in college hoops, I had a history of losing on Saturday's. I guess just too much to think about.
Anyway, on to my first college hoops picks of the season, no write ups today. These are all games where you have to ask yourself why is this team favored?
