10-9 overall, 0-3 in yesterday's bloodbath with none of the three ever close. just when you thought it was safe to go in the water....
ok, on to tonight:
miami o +16: this one looks a little ugly but then again, i go ugly often. redhawks not as bad as their record, have played decently against some quality teams, but last time out took a 22 pt trouncing from temple. in that game they let the owls go on a 25-0 run in the first half. at halftime, charlie coles (a quality coach) got the ship steadied and played even through the second half. feel like coles at least gets miami steadied enough to put up a reasonable effort tonight.
cincy, on the other hand, has the crosstown shootout with xavier coming up this weekend, over at their place. i found it interesting that cincy not only has lost the last three games at xavier but has lost the last three games BEFORE going to xavier, two of them as favorites. think the chance of a lookahead seems significant.
