"...Quo fas et gloria ducunt..."
early leans:

this is a tricky one:
a)Vancouver playing last of a home game stand, yet Montrreal has lost the first 3 of their road trip...and they historically do not play well again west coast death valley canadian teams... both teams like 1-3 vs divisions.
May look to the UNDER in this game.

b) knowing the way nashville plays they'll probably get killed by an empty goal...3-1 score and kill my +1.5 if i was gonna bet on it.

c) too scared to pull the trigger on BUFFALO even though historically they have murdered the FLAMES 8-0 ATS in the last 8 against them.

d) RANGERS good on no days rest, but the avs lost already and may be pissed off in front of a home crowd....

I think we're just gona stick to one play tonite...

1) taking St Louis ML -380 (5 units)
Columbus got their one win already...ST.LOO playing at home....
columbus has lost 6 of 7 FIRSTgames of a road trip...and have not posted back to back wins at home and on the road YET this season.
St.LOO usually has slow starts in game ones of a home stand, but I see them bouncing back after a close loss to NJ tonite.

TV,

Be very careful if you are actually planning on laying 19 units on a single game. As a percentage play obviously this is a bad bet with STL 13-5 at home and CLB 4-13 on the road. A -380 play means it has to hit at 80% and the Blues are only winning at 72% at home while the Jackets are losing at 76% on the road.

Outside of that, you are playing a team that has given up 4 goals on 43 shots in their last 2 games (only a .907 save%). Columbus comes off two of their best performances (though they were at home) and they have played tough competition lately while the Blues have played many patsies.

I think the Blues will win this game for sure, but I am just saying that risking this much money on such a large chalk line when you are in the hole is not a sound move. Good luck with the play if you stick with it but I hope you buy a little of it back.

I agree the wager amount may be a
little on the high side but
consider
st louis is 13-5-1 at home and have
scored 33 goals in their last 9 home
games- going 7-2.
they have allowed only 7 goals in
their last 5 games.
I think they will win and cover
but would not bet over my bankroll.

best of fortune
