A few things I noticed:
This game is a lot like last weeks game between St. Louis and New Orleans. Both road teams were playing their 3rd road game in a row. Also, both lines started at 9 and moved to 9.5. New Orleans slayed em.
Shouldn't this line be more like 12 or 13? How is SF going to score on the #1 defense in the league with Alex Smith and without Frank Gore? I think Vegas wants your SF money and is enticing a lot of bettors with the 9 or so points.
Did the Chargers really just beat the first place Chiefs just to not show up against the Niners when a playoff berth is on the line? No way. Rivers will dominate as he always does in December. Chargers win 38-10.
FWIW, Alex Smith went to high school in SD with Reggie Bush. They played together at Qualcomm for the championship and lost.
