Glad to be back for another year on such a great forum! Been watching the last 2 nights. Home teams in their openers.....naturally, have won the first period of the game 5 of out 6 times so far. Jets/Oilers were tied 2-2 after 1st period as the only loss. Something to keep an eye on tonight, especially if the early games hit the same way.

Great home team, plus at team with a ton to prove this year. The Sute and Parise signings should pay off a lot more this year, especially after the shortened season, where neither player had the benefit of camp, pre-season games to get into the system. Too much money on LA for me, plus with the price the same for both teams and over 65% on them, taking the homeside here! Doesnt make sense to me.
