Going to add as the day progresses:

Seton Hall +4 (-120) for 3* - Everyone is talking the Mo Valley like they are the 2nd coming. Guess what, they aren't. I'm expecting a huge game from Whitney and I love the points in a game that should be close. Miller is solid, but otherwise, the Shockers aren't what they are cracked up to be IMO.

Wisc-Mil +3.5 (-120) for 4* - Tough to go against the Sooners based on their advantage up front, but guards win tourney games and I like the the Panthers in this spot. OU's guards have been terrible and they will strugggle tomorrow IMO.

Pacific +8 (-120) for 3* - Pacific has beaten the Big East consistently in the tourney the past couple years and I expect them to give BC a lot of problems tomorrow.

This is all for the early games, but start taking the Dogs and I expect a 2-1 start.

Dd, Like your plays as usual, but be careful with BC, this team is laden with seniors, and on a mission. They feel they got screw job with No. 4 seed seeing as they beat NC twice and they got #3 seed. Also BC played championship game Sunday and NCAA made them fly to salt Lake and play Thursday instead of Friday. This is a angry bunch on a mission.

shamrock,

You are right about BC and I'm not sure WTF I was thinking taking Seton Hall either. Neither of these dogs came with much bark. Oh well, you can't win them all, but my largest play on Wisc-Milwaukee is looking okay.

Mid-Afternoon Plays (Short write ups as I'm going to a bar to watch the games):

Alabama +3 (-120) for 4* - Tide are the more talented team IMO and should give Marquette trouble. I think this game should be closer to a pick'em so I feel the 3 points are a nice gift.

South Alabama +8 for 4* - Florida just comes off winning the SEC tourney and typically this makes it tough in your first tourney game. Jaguars have plenty of weapons to give Florida plenty of problems.

Montana +6 for 4* - Nevada didn't impress me in the two times I watched them play late in the year (survived @ Idaho and got lucky to beat Utah State). Griz can shoot the three ball and I expect a 3-point assault tonight.

Winthop +7 for 4* - Tennessee ended the season with 3 losses in the last 2 weeks and this team may have hit the wall. Just hoping the Vols have some trouble draining 3's.

I was going to take Belmont @ +18.5 and then looked again and the line was 16.5... huge line movement in a short amount of time. Leaning towards Belmont still, but I would like the number to climb back up.

Adding Belmont +16.5 for 3*. Not a big fan of this game. I was going to take Belmont for more until the line dropped. Just a hunch UCLA doesn't take Belmont seriously and wins by approximately 10 points. Belmont has won 12 of 13 and only lost @ Ohio State by 10 & @ Kansas State by 4.

Back with the late plays soon.

4-3 on the day with Belmont currently pending.
Late Plays. Sorry I don't have time for write ups.

NC-Wilmington +3 for 4* - GW is pissed, but this could also make their play a little sloppy IMO.

Air Force +7.5 for 4* - Falcons shoot the 3 very well and I think they can hang with Illini.

Xavier +5.5. for 4* - Gonzaga really didn't impress late in the year and Musketeers will hopefully carry some momentum from A-10 victory into tonight.

Iona +8 for 4* - SEC has looked tough, but the Gaels are very athletic and should give the Tigers trouble.

Back with the late games sooner than later.

It didn't take me long to cap the late games.

Texas A&M -1 for 4* - Aggies were very tough to end the season and Jones should be a bigtime matchup problem for undersized Orangemen. Most square bettors are probably taking Syracuse, but sharp players are taking the Aggies.

Utah State +6 for 4* & ML (+220) for 1*

Texas A&M looks good through 20 minutes.

Not a great day so far. Actually, it's a depressing 5-6-1 record with A&M, SDSU, Southern, & Utah State for the late games. I could use the sweep.

-3.1 Units on the day... coming off a banner week so I guess we can expect a few bumps in the road. I just like to win and this is a little frustrating as Pacific was a horrible beat.
