Been doing fairly well, but barely made any money last night so will share a few plays I like for this afternoon/evening.
Wisconsin -7 (-120) for 7* @ Nebraska - Badgers coming off a rather awful home loss to Michigan State where they were crushed on the boards 39-17. Johnny Davis had a rough start before finally getting it together in the 2nd half and scoring 25 points, but it was too late after being down 16 at half. Badgers didn't have Wahl last game and they feel his missing presence in the post. I'm not sure the Badgers have Wahl today as he's questionable, but feel the line is low because the oddsmakers expect him to NOT play. Nebraska has enjoyed a long layoff because of Covid, but they have lost 10 straight by at least 7 points to teams not named Kennesaw State. I'll take my chances getting Risky with Wisky! Major concern is this appears to have the possibility of a public bloodbath being a stand alone afternoon game, but hopefully NOT.
Purdue ML -130 for 7* @ Iowa - Granted the Hawkeyes will be excited for this contest, but Purdue IMO has the most overall talent of any team in the Big 10. They also have excellent length and a lottery pick at SG in Ivey. Edey has also been playing very well using his 7-4 frame in the middle. Williams and Stefanovic are also very tough and all 4 might play in the NBA IMO. Too much length and talent for the kids from Iowa City.
East Carolina +13 for 5* @ Memphis - Not going to act like I follow ECU closely, but this is more a fade Memphis play. Sure the Tigers could easily win by 20 based on overall talent, but this team has major chemistry issues and it's questionable Penny knows anything about coaching. Expecting the Pirates to also be focused after losing by 40+ at Houston.
Might add a couple more later as leaning Gophers +7, but need to verify who is playing.
