Tonight:

Colts/Rams (Over 38)
Ram O speed and suspect D vs. banged up Colt D and decent back-up QBs

Philly (-3)
Philly/Clev (U33')
Even tho only 3 days rest like teams that have a game in...Eagle D bench didn't look that bad Sunday and the Browns are still the Browns (Frye at QB, O-line beat up...defense suspect...Romeo has his work cut out this year)

gl with this one. not sure i can play the high number with both teams wanting to focus on the run.

the top QBs and WRs will play a series, maybe 2.
from there it's all scrubs.

Indy wants to see what Addai can do. that means run run run. Indy could pass some with Sorgi but they KNOW he's the #2 there so why risk him getting hurt with the backups in there? I think Indy's offensive gameplan will mostly including running the ball.

on defense, as you stated, they are very banged up so it'll be 2nd and 3rd string most of the way.
good for the stlouis offense.

stlouis offense is moving away from the high octane pass offense and instead will focus more on running this year. stephen jackson is probable to play but you have to expect him just to be in for a series or two. then it's all backups from there.
so is there a true advantage for the stlouis offense when it's backups versus backups?

the stlouis 2nd string qb is frerotte, who is a proven veteran. i'm not sure i expect a lot of passing from him?

the 3rd string QB job is up for grabs between fitz and ragone so i expect to see more passing with them against the indy 3rd string later in the game.
maybe that can send the game over the total?

so in a sense you have 2 teams that want to run.
proven 2nd string qb's so you wont need a LOT of passing if you know what they can do. they aren't fighting for their jobs here.

i guess if stlouis wants to RUTS here they can, but i dont see indy scoring a bunch tonight.

i like the philly side. i dont see cleveland risking much this game. the under i worry more about because philly doesnt have many RBs so i expect a little more passing from them....and philly has shown themselves to be a passing offense in the past few years.

tough call but, again, if philly wants to RUTS in this game, i think they can. especially in trying to get reps for garthia, detmer, and chang

Thanks for the opin sdf...but looking for around a 24-17 final...I think Venteri will get a few boots in as well...and with Faulk gone...just don't see Rams playing Jackson alot, maybe limited to about 5-to-8 carries, and using play action and 7-12 yd pass plays seeing how much YAC they can build up. But that's just me.
