temple (ML) 2 units to win 2.6. sure, this one's probably too easy. and maybe temple is looking ahead to notre dame. but that defense is for real and i'll take a shot that they are focused enough to get a win tonight in greenville.

strong lean to the under, but can't quite pull the trigger.

Smitty - my man. Hope all is going well. I haven't had much discourse with you this season. Hope you are making money and having fun. Let's get em tonight with the Owls! :toast:

hey, jord. funny, i was thinking the same thing.

i feel like i've spent too much time on the horses lately, and not enough on football. well, after next weekend, no more horses for me until the winter meet at gulfstream.

i was off to a decent start this year, but last saturday KILLED me. absolutely brutal. so i was having fun right up until then.

hopefully you're turning things around. you're too damn good not to.

when i first saw the line on the ecu/temple game, i didn't think it was quite as insane as the usc/utah line, but not far off. then i saw temple had nd on deck. ecu definitely has a revenge motive tonight, after their ugly 5-turnover performance in the slop last year. but this temple d is for real. if they are ready to play, they're going to get a solid win. and i can't wait to play them against nd next week.

other than the usc/utah game, the line on lsu/wku is nuts, too. i might be a sucker and still play utah, but i gotta love wku in that game.

on the same page with the owls tonight. this ecu team is just not as good as years past, and the temple defense is the real deal, better than the hokies I believe. line move on the total says the same thing, though im about ready to go over at 48, as I feel that temple will run through the pirates like sh+t though a goose, and the pirates will put up the rest. temple +130 ml for me and parlayed with the over for a half unit. g/l smitty

Loophole, I think the temple d is definitely better than va tech. They had a few lapses tonight, but they were clearly looking ahead to next week.
